The Insured will be indemnified for his liability at law for damages and claimants' costs and expenses incurred in respect of claims arising out of the Insured's negligent error or omission occurring or committed in good faith in the course of the conduct of the business which are made against the Insured and notified to the Company during any Period of Insurance.
